Accessibility and Web Usability Statement

Leme undertakes to make the Leme website available in accordance with Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

I. Compliance Status

The Leme website is fully compliant with Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19.

II. Preparation of this Accessibility and Usability Statement

This statement was updated on 2025-05-27.

According to Article 9 of Decree-Law No. 83/2018, entities must adopt the monitoring procedures outlined below. Procedures A) and B) are mandatory. Procedure C) is recommended.

IV. Other evidence

At the time of completing this Statement, Leme did not present any other evidence or efforts to make its website compliant with the accessibility requirements set out in Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19.

V. Reporting discrimination situations

According to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19, whenever a person with a disability is subjected to less favorable treatment than that which is, has been, or will be given to another person in a comparable situation, constituting a discriminatory practice against persons with disabilities, as provided for and punished under the terms of Article 4 of Law No. 46/2006 of August 28, that person may file a complaint, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 34/2007 of February 15.

The Instituto Nacional para a Reabilitação (INR, I.P.) provides a form to report discrimination situations, forwarding submitted complaints to the competent authorities. Each year, INR, I.P. prepares an annual report on the application of the law that prohibits and punishes discrimination on the grounds of disability and heightened health risk (Law No. 46/2006 of August 28).
